  • Why are you Taking Reservations?

    We are in "Taking Reservations" mode because a few of the last project details have not been finalized, including final pricing and HOA dues. 


    What is a Reservation?

    Making a reservation involves a refundable $2500 reservation fee, and gets you a spot in line. As pricing and units are released for sale, reservation holders will have the opportunity to choose their unit and go to contract


    What is the reservation fee?

    $2500 which is refundable. The fee is held in a trust account and can be applied to the deposit at time of contract.

  • What will the unit prices be?

    Pricing has not been finalized. We expect the 1 bedroom units to start in the low $300s. Target range for most of the 2 bedroom units is the $400s to low $500s. There are a few large 2 bedroom+ den units in Phase 2 which will likely exceed $600K. 

  • What is the earliest date that is available for move-in?

    TBD.  We hope to start vertical construction in early summer 2025, and completion is targeted for 12-18 months from then. We will need to pre-sell 16 units in the first phase (33 units) in order for vertical construction to start. 

    Which buildings are they planning to construct first? 

    Buildings B and C will be built in Phase I. The goal is to begin Building A before the completion of the other buildings, but it will depend on sales activity. 

  • What will the HOA dues include?

    TBD.  They will include the usual condo common areas, landscaping, and exterior building maintenance, and insurance. South Green does have a nice amenities package - club room, terrace, firepit, shared raised garden beds, dog park area, and fitness center. 

  • Is there additional storage?

    There are some storage lockers in each building. We don't have specifics yet on how they will be allocated.  


    Does my condo come with its own parking space?

    Parking is open and there is no extra charge for parking. There are 87 spaces for 57 units. There will be EV charging stations available. 


    Are there going to be elevators in every building?

    Building A and B have elevators. There is no elevator in Building C. 

  • Are the condos allowed to be rented or only owner-occupied?

    They can be rented, but we will need to restrict the number of investor buyers for financing purposes. No short term/airbnb rentals, and long term is defined as a minimum of 3 months. 



    Do we have any updates on the status of the amount of contracts currently in place? 

    There are no contracts in place currently. We hope to have pricing and HOA information in April 2025 and we will start offering contracts. Currently, as of March 2025, the reservation form with a $2500 refundable deposit secures a potential buyer's place in line.
